To be honest, prop 19 wasn't the godsend for stoners it might seem to be. It isn't outright legalization by ANY means. Most stoners I know are against it as the medicinal card is easy enough to get and there is less regulation when it comes to how much you can grow.

It was a shitty prop. I'm just glad prop 23 did not pass. WTF Tesoro, like we are really going to eliminate the pollution tax until unemployment is low...first of all, when will that be and sorry but trickle down supply side economics has NEVER worked.
