Then you need to re-read my post. Profits have nothing to do with what I said about Wal Mart.

Walmart spend millions every year to combat unionization. Going so far as to have a strike force that can fly to a location within 24 hours of the U-word being mentioned.
You're right. It would be hard as fuck. But this has always been the case with unionization. From the film industry to the garment industry. People striking in the street getting sprayed down by fire hoses is common imagery by upper business and government to people fighting for their rights. If people aren't willing to fight for their right (to party) then it's likely to evaporate in front of their eyes over the course of their lives.
The best way to keep people from forming a union is to demonize the word itself. Walmart employees are dumb and probably think that union members are just "Obama's thugs" or some shit. It'll never happen
wow, crazy conspiracy shit from dave
Related. So was George Washington when he called out the problems with having a party system . (paraphrased) "It serves to distract the Public Councils, and enfeeble the Public Administration....agitates the Community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one....against another....it opens the door to foreign influence and corruption...thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another."
What's crazy? The stuff about Wal-Mart's anti-union activities? It's true. Wal-Marts used to have butcher's departments. They got rid of them when one store's butchers voted to unionize. Yes they decided to shut down the entire department rather than have one store with a few unionized butchers.
