There is no county by county decision on this. It is why the Constitution delegated interstate trade to Congress. Some things don't stop at boundaries (pollution is another good example).
Commit a crime, get prosecuted. Take a gun into a no-gun area and commit a crime, that charge gets tacked on top of the (no doubt) more severe charges during sentencing.

If by black market you mean buy them legally in one state and then use them illegally in another, sure. That's my whole point. That's how a huge number of guns end up in the hands of Mexican drug cartels too- they're bought legally in the US.Quote:
