Is This Craigslist Response Safe?

Okay, so I'm trying to sell a DJ mixer of mine on craigslist, as you can see here:
Anyhow, I got a response from some guy earlier today saying:

"'Let me know if the item is still available?"

I replied:
Yes it is still available. I do have another person expressing interest, so whomever gets to me first.... My phone number is xxx xxx xxxx

Then he wrote back:
"Hi,
I will like to buy your item,do withdraw the advert from Craiglist site.
i will need you to provide me with the price and your PayPal payment details,so that the payment can be made right away.
So once the payment has been made,please ship out the item asap.
Am adding some money : $100 for the shipping of the item and $70
for your run around expenses.

I can't help but feel like this is fraudulent in some way. He never called or anything, and wants to offer me an absurd amount of money for the item? Just doesn't sound right. If paypal is safe I suppose that I should be okay.:chick:

seems like a scam.
paypal usually sides with the buyer.
He can easily say you sold bullshit goods, and then ship a box of nothing back to you and show return confirmation to paypal, then paypal refunds his money and you're stuck trying to fight it.

For the extra money, I'd go ahead and do it, and then close my bank account.
(I wonder if paypal can redflag your banking status then if you "owe" them money.)

Yeah I got my 360 via Craigslist. I paid cash and met the dude. I would have felt uncomfortable paying online and waiting for the thing, in fear that he would never send it.

So, back to the problem. Yeah its a scam.
