Hold that thought.

Plus stop changing the subject, you want to deflect to other things and not answer the point at hand. The point is that one accessory is used by 1/10th of the library and the other is needed by pretty much every game you buy.
Maybe you do, maybe some others do, but none of the games I own have I needed to spend 20 bucks on a CPP. I have to have a memory card to be able to play any game on my Vita. This makes them not the same. X does not equal Y here.
Nintendo limited the viable genres on the 3DS to racers, rail shooters, RPGs, and side scrollers by completely dropping the ball on the second analog. The fact that developers won't support the CPP just shows how crippled the system's variety will always be because of that asinine decision.

Actually I did bitch about the use of memory cards on the N64. Specially since it wasn't consistent and not every game saved to it. I was pissed as hell when I got Turok and couldn't save my game cause I had to buy a fucking memory card.
But not the GameCube, which was exactly like the Vita in terms of this requirement?

Does every single game on the 3ds need a second analog stick? Nope they don't, does every game on the Vita need a memory card?
Nope. Your "facts" are dropping like flies.

Except not, Sony is doing the exact same thing MS is doing with the HDD. They're taking an industry standard and wrapping it in a different case.
Please show me an aftermarket case that acts as an adapter, because if this is true, and the desire for cheaper cards is as great as you claim, someone would have made one.

LOL what Piracy is a special feature now? So by your logic there should be piracy like crazy on the 3DS and yet there isn't. It's a standard flash memory chip in a sony shell nothing more, nothing less. Next you'll tell me that it performing slower than Class 10 SD cards is a feature too.
See above.

Maybe it's bullshit to you, but obviously the general public doesn't think so. Sales have been abysmal for the system and when you ask people what's keeping them from picking one up, the cost of memory cards ALWAYS comes up. You can say it's bullshit all you want but until the general public starts buying the thing it seems like a statement a lot of people are making and is a valid complaint.
Diff already handled this nonsense.
