I noticed this too. I guess the game install keeps all save data. Weird and lame. To make things worse, the system-standard Save and Load screens don't include a Delete option.

Got my Vita in the mail and I've been spending the last little while setting it up. A little advice: If you are going to use a screen protector, get the official Sony ones, they go on really easy, lining up is nearly perfect and air bubbles are easy to work out with a credit card. I had to try it twice, but on the second try it is perfect. This is the easiest time I've ever had with a screen protector, and now that it's on you can't even tell it's there. Also, have a screen cleaning cloth handy, even pulling it fresh out of the box it had a couple of tiny spots on the screen.
I'm not really playing any games though, I'm at work still. I might play a match or two of Virtua Tennis, but that's it. It's a slow day, obviously, I can't get any work done with my machines broken.
If you want to take advantage of b2g1 free but you don't want the limited selection at GS or Target, do it at Best Buy online (in store pickup) where you can get any of the games. If they're sold out, you can still lock in the price and they'll notify you when it comes in.
Fuck, I could still do Katamari, WipEout and Ninja Gaiden.
Fuck fuck fuck no more no more.
Now that I've figured out how to play it, Virtua Tennis 4 is good! Really good! I still have more fun with VT 1, but VT 4 is a better tennis game, if that makes any sense.
Virtua Tennis and Uncharted both suffer from some slight framerate issues, like a PC game set to maximum detail that can't quite handle it. Are other games like that?
Yes, wipeout is nearly unplayable because of the framerate. I'm not gonna give up though...
You'd think a review or two would've said something if the game was unplayable.
I'm still not over owning this thing. It's a fucking beast.
I only played the first two races, but it seemed playable to me...
Well, i did say "nearly" unplayable. it's got the worst framerate of any wipeout game. Couple that with the high speed, even at the "slow" levels, and you wind up bouncing off the walls constantly. Just guessing, I'd say the framerate hovers between the high teens to thirty. I still like it just because it's wipeout but the psp ones played better.
Even though the launch lineup is gonna keep me busy for a long time to come, what else is coming out for the Vita in the near future?
Must buy: Gravity Rush, Persona 4: The Golden, the remake (re-imagining?) of one of the Ys 4ses... or I guess it's Falcom finally making Ys 4 themselves. Either way, super exciting.
MGS HD collection, ZoE HD collection
I'm waiting for Squenix to say fucking SOMETHING about FF Type-0. At least put the PSP game on the PSN.
MonHun pls, Capcom =[
