If it's the difference between buying a game I want to play and not having the time to do so, versus buying it when I have time (and it's coincidentally cheaper), while having the added benefit of seeing it in a post-hype light...

Played it for 20mins. First impression is very positive. It's going to be epic I think. Runs smooth, sounds great and plays well.

Thats nice but how is it overhype releasing only gameplay videos of nothing but in-game graphics that shows exactly what the gameplay includes? There is hype for this game because those in-game gameplay vids have been so kickass. That and its about time someone took the western genre serious. It only took 30 years for someone in videogames to do it. They took the time to make like 10 different documentary-like informative vids showing off exactly what youll be doing in game. Dont like what you see then GTFO because no one cares.

I'm not a fan of the main characters voice, it just sounds wrong. They should have gotten someone with a grittier voice and made him talk through his teeth. Having him channel that "Man with no name" for this game would have taken it over the top IMO.

I don't give a shit about the setting - all that matters is how it plays. I'll wait and see how the game is after all the hype dies down. Videos are just videos. You can line up day one if you want, fanboy.
