Rules are set in place (phone doesn't go to school, I have total access to all texts/pictures, if number of texts on bill doesn't match number of texts on phone or she angers me in anyway it will be taken away).
You can't harp on me any more than I already have myself. I was 21 when I got my first phone. But times are changing. She is literally one of the last kids in her class to get one. I'm not totally sold on the idea, but worst comes to worst, she can screw this opportunity up and it will be used to deny her future opportunities.
You should block all outgoing pic messages. If you don't, I'll forward the naked pics she sends me of herself at a later date.
I don't think Nomi is making a statement about you getting her a phone. I think its more what the fuck does an 11 year old need with a blackberry. There's plenty of simpler phones out there that do txting and all that shit.
