Fury's picture is awesome. I was wondering where the custom avatars were coming from (lol at Yoshi's and Thief's), and now I know. There's a lot of fantastic little touches and almost everyone in the picture was easily recognizable (Gears crew, what what!!). I was surprised and pleased that I found myself in the picture.
