haaahahah
Carl Crawford stole 6 bases today against the Sawx..LOL. Six! wtf
Apparently Loliver Perez has been playing with a busted right knee the entire year. ok Now he says he's hurt and his teammates never knew. Of course they didn't. Mets. They drive me nuts.
This Sports Illustrated article is probably fairly accurate, and to an extent I agree with it, but it just sucks having everyone bashing Canada's team.
Oh yeah, Braves a lose series to the Houston fucking Astros.
The Dodgers win their 10th game in a row at home, to open the season, and that sets the franchise record. The Dodgers need two more wins in a row to tie the all time Major League record. They also swept the Padres in a four game series, for the first time ever...
The Dodgers are now 18-8, which is good enough for the best record in baseball in the early going :)
The O-Dawg is awesome! He was probably the best bargain of the offseason. It seems like he is always finding some way to get on base, and him and Furcal make a killer one-two combo at the top of the order. I think I'm even more impressed by his defense though. After the last few years of seeing Jeff Kent's horrible range at second base, its nice to see Orlando able to catch everything that's even remotely hit in that direction.
So Brian Tallet goes 6 1/3 of no hit ball, gives up a broken bat single to lose the no hitter and then is so despondent he gives up a homerun to tie the game in the next at bat.
edit: and now the wheels have completely fallen off and Tallet can't get an out to save his life, 3-2 Tribe.
edit 2: fuck I love our offense. Back on top 4-3.
