So you make a big deal about things that might restrict your second ammendment rights, but find an act that is a MASSIVE restriction on your 6th ammendment rights no big deal at all.

No, but right now the government and the people have done nothing to merit violence. Violent actions are bad and result in death. People dying is not good. If Iosef Stalin rose from the dead and took over the US government, maybe the time to take up arms would be then.

We still have the complete ability to elect our officials and pretty much say and do the things we want. My civil liberties in my daily life have not suffered and likely nobody else has suffered either.


I think everyone just took some of the things I said previously way too far and painted the wrong picture for my argument. I don't advocate anything to do with violence based on the current political climate of the United States.

That's the thing about 6th ammendment infringement, you don't really know how much it has been infringed upon.

I just find it funny that you make such a BIG deal about possible infringement on your 2nd ammendment rights yet don't seem to care about your other rights that are already being infringed. And that's just as wrong, but this thread wasn't about the 6th ammendment so that's why we weren't talking about the Patriot Act. I don't support any politician with an agenda against the Constitution.
