Didn't notice that, but characters' faces definitely looked a bit odd. Still, a good looking game, and despite the slow start, I really like the story set up so far. Cruising around Florence circa 1475 = smart design choice by Ubi.
I have to say this franchise was thought out very well. Being able to change the time period drastically changes the weaponry and assassination locations. It's pretty awesome. They could even do one in modern day and the future, as well. There is a gamut of possibilities to run through.
Well they kind of copped out, the original idea was that the second game would be modern, and the final game would be in the future (his time)
I don't want a modern version of this. It would be too much like Crackdown,Infamous, Prototype, etc.
Stick with the swords/knives themes. No guns and shit. Maybe a Japanese setting with fucking ninja and samurai?
I wasn't impressed by the first one, but apparently this one is better in almost every way. I'll check it out, but to be honest, the whole dual plot-line idea sucked. I thought Altair's story was interesting enough without switching back to Desmond so I could read a few emails and go to sleep.
