That might be the best save I've ever seen. Holy shit.
Varlamov followed the softest goal of the playoffs with the best save of the playoffs. He's had a few good side to side saves this game.
Ovie looks tired. Caps have blown a lot of their best chances off dubbed shots and passes slightly off, but at least Ovie buried the 5 on 3.
I've seen saves like that one before, not the first time a goalie's reached back and got it with the stick. I've seen Marty do that a few times over his career, but that's the save of the playoffs so far.
