Team Fortress 2 (PC) - Just started playing this.... everyone on pubs are somehow worse than me.
The Dark Spire (ds) - I think I'm almost to the 7th floor, i'll probably get the second ending pretty quickly, and the third ending if I can grind for that long.

Not a pretty game but the word association puzzles are nice change of pace from the games I usually play. The story's more interesting than is usually found in "casual" games although I'm finding it pretty confusing (being sick lately probably doesn't help).

I get the feeling that reviewers weren't judging this game quite fairly. Yes, as a Golden Axe comeback sequel, it's certainly disappointing so I understand the urge to want to punish Sega and give it a 3/10 but I'm honestly liking it. It's on the shallow side but the style and the parrying/deflecting moves are cool as is hacking away enemy armour. The switch hitting is filler and the beast controls suck, though. I can picture the game's length overstaying its welcome due to the repetitive nature so maybe my opinion will change but I'm not bored yet anyway.

I only got to play a bit of this but my initial impression is very positive. It feels like classic Punch-Out!! but more refined. I was afraid that the new developer would botch it somehow but that doesn't seem to be the case. If I didn't have so many games piled up to play, I would have bought it. I'll buy it later.
