I thought ZOE3 was already announced (but indefinitely delayed)? Plus it got the FoxHound symbol so it is MGS for sure.
Kojima uses the Foxhound symbol as the symbol for his company Kojima Productions, so it doesn't necessarily mean it's Metal Gear related.Quote:

I have to be honest; I think even I've gotten to the point where I find all of the Kojima / Metal Gear teasing to be far more annoying than anticipating. I know a lot of people liked Portable Ops, but I felt like the environments, controls, and stupid mission/juggling characters gameplay was terrible.
