It wasn't all on Rivers at all imo. You can't put it all on Kaeding either. SD took bad penalties at bad times. Combination of Keading, penalties, and phenomenal Jets defense. Unreal. Rivers don't make that second pick without those rushers in his face from his own end zone. That's an incredibly difficult situation for any quarterback to be in.
