I'm alternating between victimizing endless Flowchart Kens in SF4 with Cammy and working through Mega Man 9. Horray new 360!
You?

The space invaders game on the iphone. ragdoll blaster too.
Rented Overlord 2. It's got charm, but it also seems to give me headaches. That hasn't happened since Duke Nukem 3D. WTF?
I'm going back to finish GRAW 2, and I've been trying to finish Kingdom Hearts as well. Both games have been in my pile of shame forever.
Kingdom Hearts sucks.
Final Fantasy IX is my primary focus right now.
That one sucks too. Seriously.
Lost Odyssey. I'm at Lirum's funeral. This game fucking sucks. They introduce this bitch, she dies, then they give you a bunch of crap fetch quests, an hour + of trite dialog, and kids crying so much I want to punch them in the face. With no save points. I'm not sure I can take much more of this game.
I like Lost Odyssey.
Anyway, my list of stuff to play this month:
Bionic Commando - Not too bad swinging around like a monkey king
Gears of War 2 multi with TNL crew
NHL 09 - Want to win the cup in BAP mode and then move onto 10 when it comes out next month
The Wheelman - surprisingly fun car combat game.
Fight Night Round 4 - must get back into legacy mode
MLB 09 The Show - I wish I have more time to play this great game.
Ninja Five-O is a goddamn masterpiece.
Want to fight?
The game that made me realize I will never, ever play another Square game was Mario 3 on 3 Basketball.
True story.
I'm free Thursday.
I actually just got out of closing Thursday.
It's a date.
*florp!*
Is it homo is Josh closes his eyes and pretends it's a girl?
Playing Gears 2, Battlefield, worms 2, and IL-2 demo.
Crimson Tears again! This game pleases me. Blazblue on the side as usual.
FF9 is good too! KH, though? Terrible. Worse than terrible. It's a shame, cuz I really wanted to like it.
KH1 won't help you figure out what's going on in KH2. KH2's plot is a continuation of Chain of Memories.
Outrun 2 and PGR4
Wipeout Fury customized to use the Shatter OST= Win. Also playing ESPGaluda on PS2. Just co-op'd RE5 on veteran. Uh, that Devil Survivor game on DS and Crisis Core PSP--I'm getting tired of the predictable dialogue and inane cliched characterizations in these JRPGs.
I continue to swamp myself.
I'm trying to get these finished:

While also sprinkling in these:

(Shatter, Death Smiles, KoF '98: UM, and Garou: MotW not pictured)
And trying to start these:

Oh, and get to the expansions for this:

And then there are the iPhone games. Jesus Christ.
Skip assassin's creed.
I started playing Tron 2.0 after watching Tron, after watching the Tron Legacy trailer. I like it so far.
Steal Princess (DS)- WAS playing it anyway. Gave this pos 40 levels to redeem itself but the puzzles are more chore than fun.
Deadly Creatures (Wii)- About halfway through, really rough level design but theres a charm to it. From a inch off the ground the American Southwest looks as alien as Talon IV sprinkled with random megalithic garden gnomes and lost cellphones.
Little King Story (Wii)- Still awesome, no clue how long this game is but there's always a steady stream of additional content whether it be new troops, side-quests, village suggestions, etc.
Ninja Gaiden (PC Engine)- Ahhh Bloody Malth, you cheap twat.
fighting game night:
Samurai Shodown Anthology
Fatal Fury Battle Archives Vol 2
KoF XI
KoF 98: UM
Neogeo Battle Coliseum
Street Fighter Anniversary Collection
All on PS2.
NGBC makes me sad in that it is Not Very Good.
Yeah, but it's 100x better than Capcom Fighting Jam/Evolution and that's all that counts.
Anything from the Battlefield series. 1943 is 100x better than I ever thought a console BF could be.
Playing my Dynasty in NHL 09 ( we win again ) Also; trying to learn how to play MVC2. I'm just fucking horrible but I'm only trying to be better than a friend of mine, so no delusions of high level play here. Tried to get into Resident Evil 5 but realized that I hated it, so it is done.
Also finished Metroid : Fusion for the first time. My next Metroid is Super.... I know, I never finished it as a youth so I'm gonna get to it.
Started a game of Final Fantasy XII, per wife's request.
Game clock's at 20 hours or so and I'm just getting to the start of the Dark Shard recovery part. Highest chain I've managed is 200-something. I wonder if it caps out at 999.
This is valuable advice, I wish someone would have imparted it to me before it was too late.
Mainly been playing Raiden Fighters Aces, but I've got a 4-day weekend coming up and nothing planned, so I'm thinking of picking up something more substantial. Haven't done Fallout 3 yet, so that's a good possibility.
Recently beat Bioshock on hard with no vita chambers.
Trying to 1cc Salamander 2, still.
Almost 1ccing Streets of Rage 2, but the game is so long (like, 3x longer than most arcade beat 'em ups I've played) that I don't know if I'll have the will to bother.
Liking SWAT4 a lot; I think I'm nearing halfway through. So tense. More proof that there need to be more PC FPSes without quicksave.
And then there's the usual SF4 and VOOT.
Or, if you're patient, turn off the whole GUI. Assassin's Creed becomes far more interesting and immersive when you're actively exploring the environments and actually using lookout points to scout for missions and events, rather than just heading towards icons on your minimap.
zzzzzzz
Been putting some time into Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword for the DS. When I first heard about it and that it was going to only use the stylus to control the entire game I was mega skeptical but it sounded interesting. When I saw it for a 5 spot a few weeks back I grabbed it. And I'll be damned but I'm enjoying it more than I did Ninja Gaiden 2 on the 360.
It's kind of a breeze on normal, but it's a ton of fun on hard! I was really surprised too! I like it a lot.
I am currently playing with KOF's mom. I'll be done here shortly, who wants next?
Dumb.
Just step it up if you're going to be bringing snaps to the table.

I am still enjoying the hell out of Street Fighter! So far I have played Robot Bit Me, Bbobb and Hero online! Ranked up to G3-A presently.
Who shall be the next to fall? :D
(I am sorry we did not get a chance to play the other day, Spo! We shall catch that up.)
I fixed it, I fixed it. You were the first!
Your Rufus beat me up too bad! I plum forgot!
:_)
Fight night went down well last night. We played through some Street Fighter Anthology, KOF 98 UM, KOF XI and Samurai Shodown Anthology. It was a good mix of wins on both parts. I had the obvious upper hand in KOF (because it's just about all I play) but he was damned good in SF.
There is no worse game that I love more than KoFXI.
Just started Dead Space.
I cant get over how fantastic i think the game looks, and its scaring the crap out of me too.
It gets GREAT around chapter 4.
The whole game rules.
Who wants to go down to D's?
Yeller sent me an invite for SFIV, but when I responded with "buy the pc version", I only got a "LOL". I can only assume he is afraid of me. :p
Send me an invite too, I need an excuse to play SFIV.
Left 4 Dead just got ordered, so I'll pick up a $10 refurb mic from Microcenter this weekend. :tu:
That only deserved an LOL. Get the real people version, sir.
Next time I see you online, we'll go. Chao and I had a couple'a rounds earlier. CANNON SPIKE'D.
pc is where all the skill's at
type-x2 :chick:
Getting my ass kicked in SF4.
Missing that bandwagon on MvC2. Now no one wants to play (although to be quite honest I'm pretty lousy at it too).
And playing through Twilight Princess again.
I decided to go through all the NES megaman games this week (one per night); I don't think I've every played beyond 3 in the nes catalog
(edit: I started sunday night with MM2, did MM3 monday and just burned through MM1 now, 4 tonight and 5 tomorrow night, 6 on friday)
:chick:
I'd play him. I'm just setting expectations.
:chick: :chick:
The chargeable mega buster killed the series. I hate the sound of that thing!
*wo wo wo WIIIWIWIWIIWIWIIWIWIWIWIIWIWWIWI* for an hour
Add 50 Cent, Blood on the Sand. Co-op with Chux is good times.
I'MA KILL YOUR WHOLE GENERATION.
IT'S WHOO KID BITCH!
Ban already.
I did, he made mgmann instead of MGMAN.
Bhulsheeyt!
It's morphin time!
I NEED ADMIN POWER, NOW!
.
Fucking Die Faggot!
All that Baldur's Gate talk had me reinstall Icewind Dale. I hardly ever got anywhere in the game.
I never played Baldur's Gate :o I'll pick up 2 after I beat Dale.
Man, now I remember why I never got too far (and I actually have a few games 10 hours in that don't look too bad)
I can't figure the armor out, the AC keeps going down not up, even though some classes are supposed to be proficient in shit already.
The map doesn't label anything.
I wish it were a grid/turn-based system.
The end.
AC going down is good isn't it?
yeah, hello gamefaqs
AC = Armor Class, roughly how difficult a figure is to hit. AC starts
with a base score of 10 and is improved by lowering the number.
Therefore a 0 AC is better than a 10, and a -10 is better still.
Furthermore, you should play them using the Trilogy mod. See you in three months :)
Ok, except, I own Icewind Dale so I'm playing that now, kthx.
Hey by the way my mage only knows one stupid spell and can only cast once before a rest, even though she "knows" two she only has one memorized. Is that just the way it is until I level up?
It would probably help if I could find my manual. I know how to play D&D (and not just 4E) but this is frustrating!
Srsly guys gamefaqs is useless for basic info like this. If I use spells as a mage that are on scrolls I have a chance of learning them? Or whatever? HOW I LRN NEW SPELLS PLS?
Oh, and why isn't Turn Undead working? I can't figure out how to use it or something? I click it and nothing happens, I click and attack and nothing happens. WTF?
I figured it out. I hope there are no replies in between my last post and this one!
This game is hard. I'm not going to go crazy and multiclass everyone into whatever godlike beings they are able to become so I guess that will hurt me. I'm about level 6 in the party and still haven't made it all the way through the tomb. Shit is crazy! I have to stop to rest like three times per level per dungeon!
Ugh this game is still so hard. I'm barely through chapter 2. I can't figure out how to get my thief to backstab effectively and I'm pretty bad at using AOE with the mage because there are no hexes and there is a delay in casting, but I'm getting better.
