I'm sorry you never got the C&E stick, but it was the shit. Best stick available anywhere for any system before MAS and company stated building custom jobs out of HAPP and Swana parts.

Where I was, there were plenty of people making custom sticks back then with arcade parts. Finding a good quality arcade stick for the SNES was insanely easy.

Where in my quote did I say options are a bad thing? Melf said people didn't have to buy the controller for SFII because everyone had one then. Which is what I was commenting about. No where did I say it was bad that they released another controller for SFII, only that it wasn't some free give away that everyone owned by the time SFII came out. Since you're of the mental level of a 12 year old though you went with "options are bad". Nice attempt though, next time at least make it relevant to what's being commented on.

The C&E stick existed for Genesis as well, cost a fortune, and well under a thousand of them were made for both systems combined. It wasn't a mainstream option.

It's actually C&L. The one on the right of the pic I attached is what they're talking about. And If you weren't old enough to have a job by then or didn't have parents who spoiled the hell out of you, you didn't have it.
