Good for him. I'll have to check and see who's playing at Atlanta from 3/27-4/4 as I'll be a few hours away in northern Florida.

Bleh. Only home game is against the 'Canes.

I saw some clips from the Predators/Thrashers game last night. Fucking place (Thrashers) was empty.

I remember years ago when he played with us, they said he would take an exercise bike into the sauna and ride it. Fucking superhuman Greek endurance.

Someone clearly left maps that show where the nets are at center ice of the Rock. Because those two teams didn't find them on their own.

LOL @ both teams - a game like this hardly inspires confidence that either of these teams can do anything in the playoffs. What an awful, awful game from both sides of the fence.

Yeah I spent four years in Georgia and nobody cares about the Thrashers down there.

It's all Hawks/Falcons/UGA/GA Tech.

Surprised the Thrashers haven't been moved yet.

Hey, look. Yet again a team has clinched the southeast ridiculously early, thanks to that division being complete garbage. What a gigantic advantage it is in the playoffs to not have to fight for anything during the regular season. The fucking Capitals are 15-2 against the rest of that drivel and will only get to pad their conference lead more as more intra-divisional games are played.

The Caps are 30-11 against the rest of the league, though. Probably not the best example to use.

And didn't a SE team knock you out of the playoffs last year? Were they well rested? They certainly didn't win the division.

The Caps are a serious contender whatever division they're in and a realignment wouldn't make that much sense geographically. The NFL has had these same issues for years.
