Of course this week I'm going against Gaborik and Kessel, who I dropped when the season started because there's no fucking way to free up a bench spot by putting a player on IR in this whatever the fuck league I'm in?) and he's going to fuck this entire week's worth of matchups up.
Toronto had 61 shots tonight, and lost btw. Hilarious. Kessel had more than 1/6th of those shots too. And one goal.
Every time I tune into a Rangers game Lundqvist gets beat high glove side. Maybe I should tune in more.
How do you ever drop Gaborik unless he's injured?
Lundqvist has been average pretty much this entire year. Don't know what's going on there, but I will say the Rangers give up a lot more excellent scoring chances than most NHL teams that I've watched over the past couple of months.
not Gaborik, Kessel. I dropped Kessel when he hit IR early.
I wanted IR, but the site won't allow it and be private for whatever reason. Sometimes you gotta make gut-wrenching decisions. I feel bad for you going against Gab. He's kicking ass now. You got a tough week ahead of you going up against the #2 guy.
I got Hossa coming back this week, so hopefully I'll get some goals.
Speaking of the Leafs/ Isles... Of course the guy I'm playin this week has Rollie. Typical. I'm also looking at Kopitar and his inevitable drop off, esp without Smyth.
Head-to-head fantasy anything but football is fucking retarded.
Eh don't feel bad. It is what it is...fantasy. It's still giving me extra incentive to watch around the league.
Senators No. 1 goalie Pascal Leclaire suffered a fractured cheekbone when he was hit with the puck while sitting on the bench during the game against Washington Monday night at Scotiabank Place. He’s expected to miss four weeks. That means backup Brian Elliott will likely start Wednesday against the Devils. The Senators called up goaltender Mike Brodeur from Binghamton of the AHL today because of Leclaire’s injury. Leclaire was already nursing what was believed to be a minor leg injury that he sustained Saturday against Pittsurgh.
I bet that he's the first goalie to suffer a broken bone in his face since Goalie Masks were made manditory.
