Well, let's see, the "new" coach is playing Brodeur even more than Sutter did and he's a year older in an Olympic year. At this pace, Brodeur will be going into the playoffs at 37/38 years old having played 70+ games PLUS Olympic games in a very condensed schedule. S-T-U-P-I-D. Especially when you have Danis rotting on the bench who put up decent numbers last year on a complete shit Islander team. Marty is a great goalie and a great competitor, but the Devils are shooting themselves in the foot by playing the shit out of him again.Quote:
