2009-2010 NHL season thread

Apparently the game doesn't go on when I'm not around to watch.

Heard some idiot on 660 today call it a conspiracy by Lou to prevent a home loss, and to make money off the concessions. I don't care if it's a joke, it's a shitty thing to say. This is right after he had to mention that he turned down tickets to the game in favor of watching the Islanders and Nets all night. Awesome.

Are they giving free tickets or anything? And I don't mean to the makeup game. That's a horrible thing to happen to the fans who had to wait, they should get something.

I bet that Tortorella rule wouldn't have happened, but that Toronto incident probably stirred up all the Canadian fans.

Something like this happen in a Nashville Detroit game a few years back. Jiri Fischer collapsed on the bench, so they "suspended" the game. Nashville was up 1-0 at the time. They re-started the game at a later date, with Nashville getting a 1-0 lead but with 60 minutes to play, but the lightning-devils rescheduled game will pick up where it left off...says Bettman.

Also, there are only 3 available dates to replay this game: This Monday, March 8th
April 5th.

How's Lundqvist treating you now in that fantasy league, btw?
