Justice and the Penal System

OK, so I've had my fun making fun of dog$ youtube killer. Now, it's starting to sink in that this little girl actually brutally murdered another girl.


It's not a new story either. But it makes you think about the problem and how our correctional system isn't built for this, or even less complicated crimes. So...

That's how we roll. Our system isn't prepared to deal with extreme minorities. Young violent female offenders, the mentally ill (in SPADES!), transgendered inmates of any flavor, pedophiles and the very old.

But most people don't care because they're criminals. You don't get any votes or popularity for standing up for them, its just unprofitable. Most of the time they don't or cannot vote, are poor, poorly educated and are often unsympathetic. Hell the only reason you even posted this is because she's 15 and female.

More on topic, bring back the crazy houses, they let these nuts out a long time a go in NYC and they went on to rape, murder, and otherwise maim half the city in under 30 years. What's the purpose of prison -- Punish, Prevent, and Rehabilitate? Right? Well, one, yeah she needs to be punished, so a lock down is necessary. But, two, making an example of her is NOT going to prevent other kids from killing kids -- it's clearly an educational, mental, 'fuck the consequences' rational running through their minds. And, three, how would you rehabilitate this person? Is it even possible?

It's already a well established fact that you can't rehabilitate a sociopath, which she is. Like I'm saying, Just bring back the nut houses, and put this bitch in, dope her up, and let her spend the rest of her life in some half retarded stupor, that way, we're all winners.
