The person I know who hits the hardest is not a big guy. In fact most muscleheads don't punch that hard at all because they lumber around. You have to have that quick explosive energy.

I think that's true only because most muscle heads probably don't know much about fighting or hitting. Stronger muscles = stronger everything. You can get big off stuff like HGH and not gain much strength, but if all that muscle is built naturally, you should be able to hit harder with proper technique.
