Basically, you start off with a huge reticule, and your shot may go anywhere inside the reticule area. The reticule settles and gets smaller (more accurate) when you stop moving/haven't fired in a while.
You're not going to be able to rattle off 4 insanely quick shots in a row with perfect accuracy with the sniper rifle anymore for example. Its basically like recoil. You can see it in these vids when people are using the sniper and DMR rifle specifically.

Give me a break. Two months after Halo 3 dropped they were selling cat helmet versions for regular price. You'd have to be nuts to spend $150 on all that crap.
Well sculptures like that usually do cost some dough. Limited edition 4 me - its got all the game related extras. With Halo 3, legendary was the only way to get the movie disk of all the Halo game's cutscenes - now it looks like both versions have all the same stuff minus that model.
The crazy edition has a second armor variant, too...
Man I hate pre-order exclusive DLC.
Beta looks awesome. And I'll be done with my graduate studies, so I'll have plenty of time to play.
