The story was one of the few things that kept me going through the first game once I got into the retreading that comprised most of the latter half.
Here's hoping they fix stuff like the completely broken targeting system and the extremely overpowered force lightning. There was a good game hiding under all the issues of the first title.
I wonder who is developing it, though. A fairly large chunk of the development team was let go by LucasArts after the first game shipped, so LA must have had to either rehire them all or set up an entirely new team.

I liked the first one (playing through Ultimate Sith Edition now), but the camera sucks, the targeting system is complete ass, and I HATE that enemies can hit you after knocking you down. All that needs to be fixed.
I'm assuming that the story goes with the dark side ending, as he dies in the light side one.
I got my $20 worth out of the first game, but I have no clue how the story could make sense for this one. I'd like to see a Darth Maul game that details his path from orphan to badass Sith.

When you played the game a few times through and leveled your character to the point where you broke the combat system it became something to behold. The problem was it took too long to get to the point where people were expecting. That plus that tearing a star destroyer out of space level was just completely broken.
