Yeah, I decided to re-buy the Xbox system since the 360 just happened conveniently to lack the ability to play some of my favorites from last generation. I think Bayonetta reminds me (despite being developed by Platinum) of some of Sega's best games--Orta, GV, etc--deep, colorful, aesthetically pleasing experiences. So I bit--despite how ludicrous two 360's and an original Xbox will look with everything else. From two or three plays, I learned Orta was only playable up to that strange translucent boss (8th or 9th stage? Can't remember), which went buggy on the 360. And then there's GV and the Otogis.
And I know I'm in the minority here, but I couldn't get into Demon's Souls immediately--but for admittedly superficial reasons. I didn't like the environments/characters, unlike the Otogis. I know, though, that it's my own impatience, and I intend to get into Demon's Souls again soon (I have the Korean version, which somehow further dissuaded me from investing time in the game, despite being entirely in English).
