I wouldn't have touched that beer if they paid me and if that means that I'm being a pussy then so be it. That one guy from the brewery had, like, two teeth left in his head and his spit was brown. Fucking b-r-o-w-n. No thanks.

At least the payoff was 2.5 abv
Is that impressive? I'm honestly asking. That's, what, the average percentage for a European light lager according to BeerAdvocate.
Edit: Never mind, I'm an idiot. Wry sarcasm is lost on me sometimes...
Ta Henket was 4ish% ABV, and I liked it. Are low alcohol beers considered shit now?
Just ones with human excrement!
Good point though, we should probably make a list of the tastier sessionable beers as the season is upon us. I'll begin with full sail session black lager. Inexpensive, quality ingredients, 5%, perfect all day drinker.
Saison DuPont.
DFH Festina Peche.
DFH Ta Henket
That's all I've got right now.
I got a Mission St. Anniversary beer. It was $3.50 so I don't have high hopes but it was 8.5% ABV and that's how I judge cheap beer.
Is there any reason not to share out a google doc with posters from thread that we can use to rate the beers we try? Something that can be quickly and easily referenced if it is ever necessary.
Or is the beer advocate mobile site make this idea obsolote?
