Good interview. I had no idea one of Strider/Osman's creators also worked on Suzuki Bakuhatsu. Those are all great games. I completely forgot about the existence of the game Nostalgia 1907, too. It seems there still isn't a translated version of it.

Read it. It was an ok read. Not a lot was really said though.

Interesting stuff. I really knew very little about the guy, since he tended to hide from public view.

You just identified seemingly every single Japanese game maker short of Kojima and Shiggy.

Well most people you can at least find out what they worked on, but he always used aliases.

I never knew there was a strider hiryu manga. I'll have to track that down.
That site makes my eyes bleed.

And I wish they would hide... and take Iga with them.

I don't think I've ever heard of a guy jump around to so many companies like that, it's really, really unusual in Japan AFAIK. He must be kind of a crank to work with.

What other producers do that? I can think of guys who have left a company to start their own venture then maybe landed somewhere else when that failed, but I can't think of anyone who's bounced around to 5 or 6 different organizations. The fact that he just went up to Enix and said "here's my proposal, give me some guys to make it" kind of blows my mind.
