Honestly, this was the most taken I've been with a modern action film since The Raid. There were parts where I was almost breathless. Leave it to Miller, in his 70's, to kick the lame movies Hollywood has been attempting to pass off as "action" square up the ass. I guess Happy Feet didn't soften him up too much, lol.
And for once, I agree with everything FurbyFox says. Theron was great, and presented a tough woman in a very realistic way as opposed to the usual rail-thin waif manhandling a guy who outweighs her by 100 pounds that most films push. Tom hardy was a great Max as well.
