It does seem to flow fairly well with what's built into the phone. There are some UI mistakes, and it seems like it'd get pretty unwieldy with a lot of third party stuff installed, but for what's there it seems good. The e-mail client is really nice, and it looks like pocket IE is actually worth a shit now. Also the Zune interface is really nice, and I like the idea of Zune Pass since I just dropped SiriusXM for being awful.
So overall, looks like a good phone and I can see why people would want it. For me personally, I don't see it replacing the iPhone, but that isn't really a requirement.
How did you sit through a 22 minute phone demo.
