That says more about its competition than the combat. I wasn't bothered by it anywhere near as much as you were though. I still prefer it to the JRPG-style, but I am happy with the more action-based approach in the sequel.Quote:

So, this runs on my system. The system requirements seem to reflect what's necessary to run everything on mid-to-high, not what's needed to run. I didn't even have to put it on low.
It looks pretty fucking amazing, too. I turned all the effects on, but compromised on things like AA and texture resolution because I only have 320 MB of video RAM and it runs pretty well. Bottom line it's not quite as much of a monster as the box would have you think.
I've got a 9900 GTX, and then everything else meets the recommended specs. I guess I'll have to try this out once my finals are through, goddamn this game looks pretty as SHIT.

This game can look good, but it doesn't run that great. I have the beta drivers already and it runs better with them but it still needs some love from somewhere to clean it up a little bit.
