Possible Infringment

It has come to my attention that a certain company going by the name of SteamHouse has produced a mobile phone game called JumpBoy. The game itself is rather decent, however my main concern is that of it's background music. It is clearly a dumbed down version of Masato Nakamura's Chemical Plant Zone from SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

Currently the game comes default on a Samsung T301G Tracfone. Other models may have it as well. I'm not aware if SteamHouse has some sort of connection with SEGA.
