Advice: go through your business cards, find one you like, copy the layout shamelessly.

Jesus christ. Business cards need to be simple.
For photographers it isn't unheard of to have photos of their past work on their business cards.
But if I were you, Brian, I'd choose a good photo.
Photo on back, normal boring business card on the front. That is how I would do it.
