Hell of a win by the Mets against those damn Natinals. They looked DEAD until the 8th inning when all of a sudden the Mets were getting a ton of hits including a Chris Carter pinch hit for the lead (he has done more in one at bat than that piece of shit Gary Matthews Jr has ever done in a Mets uni). ...and my god..Ike Davis with another over the rails catch to end the game. He's going crazy with that shit. :lol:

Back to back 9 inning complete game shutouts by Cueto (1 hitter) & Bailey (4 hitter). I know it's just the Pirates but they've looked like a new team ever since Baker finally got his shit together and changed the batting order a little while ago. Phillips is batting 2nd now which is where he was during his 30/30 year in 2007, he's not a cleanup batter and never should have been stuck there. Rolen is a much better fit there since he's the most disciplined hitter on the team right now.
Coors Field is a ridiculous place to play baseball and the MLB needs to step in and create new rules for stadiums in cold weather cities. The temperature during the game right now is in the 30's with a night game scheduled as well and two players have already had to leave the game with injuries most likely due to the cold weather. There is NO REASON that this stadium shouldn't at least be a convertible. If Colorado had made the World Series last year, they would've been unable to play ANY games in Denver due to the weather.
