It's not illegal. It's freedom of information. You need to understand that open information isn't and should never be persecuted.

Second, if the collateral damage is so great you need to look at why your government is undertaking it in the first place. Yet you can't really do that when you're (America, the informed citizen) ignorant about everything that's going on. And that's the true power of information and why governments fear / loathe it.

It's also one of your most powerful tools in living free.

I think the defense is that if someone Google's how to make a bomb and blows up a school is Google partly responsible for it? Probably not. They just offer a service and make money. That's a legitimate freedom. People can counterfeit with Xerox's, too. We should ban photocopying.

No, it is. Shepherd Smith is the only consistently decent guy on that station. I really don't know why he is still there. Napolitano has his moments too. But right after Shep, Fox is shitting in our mouths again with Neil Cavuto.

Where's he going to go? MSNBC is another yellow network while CNN is a cluttered mess pretending not to be yellow journalism and there's no money in the big three's nightly news, much less PBS/NPR.

Actually, I doubt Fox pays him what they pay the squakers. He'd probably fit nice at ABC.

You're focusing on the wrong part of the story. We have CIA agents all over the planet. I just chose the first country/territory that came to mind. Change Guam to Pakistan if you wish.
