Merle may tempt Daryl and they may get some play out of that. I don't see Daryl becoming evil though because he's one of the more popular characters. He's been one of my favorites since they introduced him. He lacks the leadership skills but is vastly important to the group structure.
Now that the search is over, Daryl may feel differently about sticking around.
I think he's developed a connection with Sophia's mom. He has been shown to have a bad temper but seems to overall be a good man (unlike his brother).Quote:

I got about four episodes into the second season before I lost all interest. It's ridiculous how quickly this show ground to a boring halt after such an incredible start. I'll probably give it another chance when the third season starts, though.
the second season could have done without maybe 3-4 eps out of it so far. Really, they should have wrapped up the story instead of waiting for the last ep of the first half to give us the hype episode we've waited months for.
the second season could have done with some good acting and storytelling. Really, it wouldn't have mattered that it took them so long to find the girl if everything else that happened wasn't so goddamn stupid.
season 2 is only halfway over, right?
