Ok, the Windows thing and taking pics of shelf copies of new Nintendo codes is pretty sketchy. At least at Blockbuster you aren't taking the code from someone who's buying the game at full price. But you're a douche if you're just going in there to get 4 codes for every game Nintendo releases to get the swag to sell online (which I've seen people brag about at other forums).
Grabbing them off used copies or rentals is one thing. The Next Level of douche baggery going on in here though.
Are the codes visible through the packaging or something?

Incidentally for anyone transferring DSi games, a few things you should know.
1. All save data associated with the game will be lost.
2. Your Dsi game MUST remain on the 3DS, not the memory card. The DSi had a annoyingly limited on-hand memory to store this stuff hopefully 3DS has remedied it.
eShop's up. I got Mario Land. Four dollars for GB games seems alright. Mario Land, Radar Mission and Alleyway are the opening titles.
Excitebike is even more boring than it was when I was a kid.
It's probably been about 20 years since I played Super Mario Land. It's a weird game. Egyptian shit all over the place, aliens and a shooter level. And weird floaty jumps. But I remember all the catchy tunes!
