Played for a bit last night.
I dunno..it's kind of fun.
I have been playing for about 4 months and it is one of the most intense and deeply rich combat games I have ever played, so many ways to fight. I highly reccommend
I just read there's no voice chat for the free model. Gay.
The tiers in this game seem very generous. Free is the usual. But there's a second tier if you spend like, $5 that gives you a huge chunk of the subscriber content. And that is set for the life of your account.
I hear that you can't get trophies if you don't go with the 14.99 a month model.
There is likely at least one person that cares.

I've played enough of the beta to know that the $5 perma-upgrade is worth it so I'll be doing that soon. I just screwed around for a few minutes (rolling on the PC PVE server because the PVP in this game is laughable) and found it hilarious that at the most basic free level you can't even accept mail items from NPCs, which is how a lot of the quest rewards are handed out. That's probably the most gimped thing I've ever seen in a f2p game.
