That SNK COPYRIGHT is adorable!
Splinter Cell Conviction - 360
Assassin's Creed 2 - PS3
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair - XBLA
Limbo (when released) - XBLA
K3V, where did you get that and how much is it?
That's cool until you realize you are paying for piracy although I would get one if I have a MVS
Ordered it for $95 from here: http://www.jammaparts.net/4-snk-neo-geo
There's a few others but apparently the 120 works best on a four slot.
Impossible - it says "SNK COPYRIGHT" right on it!
Actual MVS games.
SSJN: Speaking of neo geo, you ever find any of that Neo stuff?
I totally forgot about it. I will be there tomorrow and will try to remember. Coincidently, my guy called because someone wanted to buy Crossed Swords 1 and 2. Weird because its probably been over a year since I last sold a neo cd game.
That's cool, I've already bought enough games to last me a while, I'm not in a rush but I figured you might have forgotten.
I just broke down and ordered a WDTV Live. Fuck the 360/PS3 as media players.
I used a Dreamcast cover template and found some high-res fanart for posters. These ones are 12''x18'', the site I got them printed from actually did way better than I expected but these frames are horrible.
http://www.heavybit.net/misc/dcposters1.jpg
Shenmue and Mark of the Wolves next month, maybe.
there are worst things to put on your wall
I got a WDTV a few years ago, it was an HDMI/Component out media player that I plugged my usb hard drive into.
Live looks like the same thing + wifi access, and youtube and hulu support for $99.
I just bonused too, hrm.
^ what Chuck said. Basically, play the HD mkv files on your computer on your TV, without all of the bullshit that comes with playing them on your 360 (and watch them with subtitles if you're a f-chan or just want to fucking watch awesome kung fu movies on your TV with embedded subtitles UGH FUCK YOU MICROSOFT).
Seriously, I've had too many headaches and spent too many hours trying to get shit to run right on the 360, that I just gave up and dropped the $100 on this thing. There's a WDTV "plus" that also plays netflix but fuck those faggots for charging $20 for a firmware upgrade.
Steal the firmware, hack the planet.
Well no shit you can update your own firmware, i'm sure there's something more to it than that, even if it's some arbitrary bullshit that keeps you from just hacking the firmware to get Netflix.
Unless you've done it, in which case DO TELL.
I don't have WDTVL, but I know certain sites had certain less than authentic firmware. I didn't bother with it on my non net enabled WDTVHD.
12 bottles of beer, and a half gallon of beer. Fun times!
I don't have an external HDD. Boo.
That's the wifi one dude.

$30 new for the non-pedo edition from GameStop. With my Twinklestar Sprites arcade stick and Deathsmiles faceplate, I don't need a loli-boob mouse pad.
You can also plug it directly into the router.
Now we know how baby Chux was conceived. Viva technologia!
Hello Kitty World (along with a few more famicom games) from the eBays.

Ole~
Alan Wake
Battlefield Bad Company 2
Splinter Cell Conviction
Kmart this week has each for $40 with a $20 gaming coupon. Amazing to be picking these up at effectively $20 each a few months after their respective releases.
If you want people to play BC2 with, look in the BC2 thread and add us.
Also, AWESOME Jason collection, BerringerX !
Was the coupon available in store Geo? I wouldn't mind grabbing Alan Wake and Splinter Cell at that price.
There were no Masterpiece Grimlocks at my Toys R Us, which is probably for the best, as I found this for way less:

I like how they also have Romo, Barber, and Witten in their college unis. Interesting to see, but I could give a shit about their pre-America's Team days.

and it is fantastic.
Ikea has a lot of cheap/glass shelfs.
SMB2J on VC. Jesus Christ, this game is hard.
What the fuck are those letters supposed to be?
Super Mario Bros. 2 Japan on Virtual Console. No idea what a Jesus Christ is.
Jesus Christ is Sega's new console.
Sold!
It does what Buddhasn't.
I got a push notification from BargainBin letting me know that Doom ($1.99), Doom II RPG ($0.99), and Song Summoner ($4.99) had all hit my watch prices. That's a shit ton of gaming for $8.
I almost bought doom ii rpg the other day for my blackberry. glad i didn't.
Also grabbed Dungeon Hunter HD and Samurai Way of the Warrior HD for $.99 a piece.
Doom RPG sounds intriguing.

Bought Magna Carta 2 for $20, no idea how good or bad this game is though. Hopefully it's at least more Enjoyable than Suikoden V.
fuck your face. Suikoden V was great. After Final Fantasy XIII, no one has any right to bitch about the slow build in the beginning of Suiko V, and that was the only downside to the game.
Pink Panther Ultimate Collection. I like the Panther cartoons, but the real reason I bought it is it's the only way to get the complete run of The Inspector cartoons (which are amazing) outside of another out of print and expensive set.
Also got to copy a great collection of Doraemon cartoons and another set of top secret unreleased awesomeness.
Oh and some sketchbooks.
Nice haul there, cigs. It sells for $250 up here, and I could never afford that. But I did luck out and find the following on clearance for $20 new, so I'm happy:
That one's the best deal if you just want the panther cartoons. I only paid $75 from an Amazon seller so it was still too expensive, but the best option for getting all the other "PP and Friends" cartoons.
The packaging looks like a mess though, I wish this one was more affordable:

As predicted in the PC thread, I cracked on the Steam QuakeCon bundle:
Quake III Arena, Wolfenstein 3D, The Ultimate Doom, Final DOOM, DOOM II, QUAKE, QUAKE II, QUAKE II Mission Pack: The Reckoning, QUAKE II Mission Pack: Ground Zero, QUAKE III: Team Arena, HeXen: Beyond Heretic, HeXen: Deathkings of the Dark Citadel, Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders, Spear of Destiny, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, QUAKE Mission Pack 2: Dissolution of Eternity, QUAKE Mission Pack 1: Scourge of Armagon, DOOM 3, HeXen II, DOOM 3 Resurrection of Evil, Master Levels for Doom II, Commander Keen, Rogue Warrior, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind® Game of the Year Edition, Call of Cthulhu®: Dark Corners of the Earth, Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion® Game of the Year Edition Deluxe
I also cancelled my Halo Reach preorder, making this a net expense of $10. For anyone interested, you'll soon see my boxed versions of some of these in the sales forum.
How on Earth are you going to ever find the time to play all that?
I Just freed up the week I would have played Halo. :p
That'll will get you halfway through Morrowind.
I know. In all seriousness, I was going to get the Fallout 3 expansions anyway. I also have been wanting Call of Cthulhu again, even though it's supposed to be a questionable port. Plus, I passed on Doom II XBLA, since that's a retarded version without the mods. You start adding up a few little pieces, and most of it becomes free pretty quickly. So I'll get to the free parts when/if I get to them. The individual prices add up to $259.74, so at $69.99, there's a lot of essentially free stuff.
That's some sideways logic you're using to justify your purchase.
I don't know, that's pretty straight forward.
I will say this, Magna Carta 2 is not worth $20. I wish I had foreseen the Bayonetta dael.
The new Thermals 7" - it's awesome.
The new Dead Mechanical LP - it is also awesome.
Refused - Shape of Punk to Come LP - amazing, really. This is one of the best albums.
No prob, glad I could help. That's why I list the price and retailer in those cases, and why I check the haul threads too.
Btw, I've read those are the in-store prices as well.
I was definitely waiting to pick up both games once they $20, plus I had a BB gift card in my pocket for months that I was able to use.
Good to know, thanks. I saw it at that price earlier but wasn't compelled to buy it. Guess now I'll avoid it.
Some Chuck Taylor One Stars from Target
Shaving cream
toiletries for my upcoming trip
Soon to come: more shit.
I just assume that Yoshi has some kind of compulsive disorder that makes him buy everything that slightly interests him but he only plays 50% of it, and only half of that for more than 25 minutes.
Personally I must have put in at least 4-500 hours between Morrowind, Oblivion & Fallout. Call of Cthulhu can fuck off, it has some amazing ideas but it's balls hard and some of the stages feel like they go on forever. I don't think I ever finished it.
Yoshi works from home. He has time.
This is not inaccurate. I don't think the percentages are quite that bad, but they're worse than I'd like.
I finished Morrowind on Xbox and Oblivion on 360 though, so those are more to dick around with mods. Thus, they likely fall in that 25 minute group.
edit: The first part definitely is correlated with price though. I'm much more likely to let a $5 game rot than a $50 one. If a $50 game only gets 25 minutes, it's because it was a shitty purchase rather than a lack of time.
Pre-ordered this to pick up on 31st and a also got new pair of shoes for Fall.
Strider for Genesis, and Super Pitfall for NES.
