World of Warcraft: Cataclysm

On a side note..everything ret has can be spellstealed and dispelled, even zealotry and yes, inquisition right now (being fixed in patch)
...why did they ever think that was a good idea? we already self heal for less than every other melee(bar rogues which aren't even a hybrid class) and our only self heal that isn't a cast-time depends on holy charges, which means we aren't using them for dps(besides LoH which you can't even use in arenas, so whatever) and without wings, every other melee does more damage than us..so much hate from blizz ;[

Wow... Were we doing too much in WOTLK that they had to murder us so hard?

Number one on lich king must be nerfed... I really feel like the implentation of Inquisition is what completely fucked our spec. the other melees don't have a super short damage buff they have to keep up at all times(only lasts 30 secs) It shares GCD with all of our attacks, while also sharing the same resource to refresh as our highest damage attack.(we also have no attack that guarantees a charge, besides crusader strike) But I also feel they had to implement these restrictions because we would be too bursty in PVP(if there's no mage/priest to steal our wings) But somewhere along the line, it just failed horribly...I almost feel like instead of charges, they should have just given ret more of a rage resource than a really bad,chopped up version of DK runes and mad INQ more like a warrior shout instead of revisiting the 30 second seals format from BC...
I'm going to try out ret a bit after the patch, but I'm not really expecting spectacular things or even marginal increase on meter placement; crafting that epic gear for my dk when server comes up...she just hit 85 btw ;D

I guess they were going for a slice and dice thing? I totally blame PvP for any PvE pratfalls. Do away with the notion of fair or balanced PvP and just make it fun.

All three warlock specs need to keep up a 15 second buff at all times that takes three seconds to put up and can't be refreshed until the previous one falls off completely. Eat dicks

YOU JUST HIT 85 WITH YOUR DK

dahv, I said melee. which is an important distinction in PvE and PvP. We can not gain any charges to make our damage buff when we can't hit anything (being CC'd, have to run out of boss aoes, switching mobs etcetc) yours is one button, ours has ramp-up time as well as being impaired by range

? DKs have a 3 min shout

If you were referring to diseases, those are dots, not a damage buff to ALL of your attacks. also they have a 30-40? yard range and you now have a button that casts both of them at once every 1 min. I have no problems keeping it up on my DK. You even have an attack that refreshes their durations

Altho I guess it's kind of similiar to Inquistion...
