World of Warcraft: Cataclysm

I decided to get my priest up to raiding snuff. Made it to 85 last week and have a lot of good shit by now, but I feel like my damage isn't where it should be. Dave jokingly told me to ask Opaque and I was all like fuck off, but on further reflection maybe that wasn't a bad idea.

They have changed shadow priests a lot and I've been looking at some general info but I'm generally confused about what to do against groups of enemies. I guess trash doesn't really matter but my numbers are always really low. Single target I'm alright but I sort of feel like I should be higher than where I am.

Caduceus on Shattered Hand if anyone wants to take a peek.

edit: I realized some rather dumb mistakes while reading up on shit. First off, I have seriously no glyphs on Caduceus, that is huge. Also it sounds like I need to start stacking haste even at the expense of hit, that seems weird but I'll try it out through reforging.

Yeah mages are similar in that Intellect is vastly superior to everything else (minus certain trinket procs I guess), including Hit. Kinda the opposite of TBC/Wrath. There's also some weird shit in that haste is a good stat... until you hit a soft cap that adds 1 extra tick to my dots. After that it's garbage because it's impossible to get two extra right now.

Hey, I killed Nef horde side 25 man. It was fun and exciting with one rogue being alive at the end.

So I guess today Blacklisted, Civil Warcraft, and Aenigma killed Nef.

I'm sending personal invites this weekend to get solid confirmation on people showing up for a second raid on Wednesday. If we can't get it off the ground this week, just like Drew gave up trying to get it going a month ago, I'll stop trying to get the second group together.

Fuck the flaky people that show up randomly, but if we have 15 people consistently showing up we need to rotate our existing 10 man to accommodate that. If I had been playing more from the start I never would've allowed the cliquey BS from starting.

So, one more week to try and put together a group 2, after that we're kicking out or demoting the no shows and consolidating to one group with alternating members based on attendance, which is what we've always done (although usually with much larger numbers).
