Heroic shit works like it does now, in that if you get locked to Heroic Marrowgar and shit falls apart, you can do regular LDW with another group. But if you want to do Heroic Gunship after they kill LDW, GET FUCKED TRAITOR.

So before you join a raid, you can see what they've already defeated. Also with this new Flexible Raid Lock System..I think it's safe to assume alliance will consist solely of billions of 10 man guilds meanwhile Horde will remain the only ones accomplishing 25m achievements(on our server anyways) I think that's the only thing I don't like about it, or are they consolidating the achievements to reflect only the bosses and not the raid size too? But if that were so I don't see there being any point at all in doing 25man
There's gonna be 10 man and 25 man versions of every raid achievement, just like now. Only thing is one won't be more legitimate than the other, since they're trying to keep the difficulty and ilevel equal between each version. All the 25 man will have is more loot (and probably legendaries, I don't live in a fantasy land).
