Even though Kayo is really a man, with the current boom of boys crossdressing/cosplaying as their female counterparts, Kayo shouldn’t have a problem staying in her current position. In fact, now that she’s come out, she’ll probably gain more male fans.

Ever since she posted this, she’s received nothing but encouragement and positive feedback from many people.
When she says "all natural", is that supposed to mean she's also done nothing in terms of hormone replacement? If so, then it's just another sign that Japan as a country is indeed determined to make every one of its citizens, no matter the gender, look as feminine as possible.
So, for any of you out there who may possible have Satoh in your folder of porn, there you go. Either her ranking with you has now decreased or increased, depending on what you're into.
