Someone explain to me what a "play action" quarterback is. Because the only way to say that with any honesty is that he sucks balls and can't pass when the defense is straight up. And he has a "run-based attack." When you're the QB, doesn't that mean it isn't your offense? Chris Johnson has a run-based attack. Vince Young doesn't. I swear to God the political correctness of the NFL and its "analysts" gets more sickening every day. I hope Cam Newton is actually a good pro quarterback so they can all have one black guy to cling to without just making shit up about the herds of bad ones to cover up that fact. I want to see an article about how Danny Woodhead has a pass-based attack in New England. Because that would be equal opportunity bullshit.

I'm not sure how you see hippy activist fiberal sports journalism in an article that's absolutely trashing a black coach. It just sounds like he had space to fill so he couldn't just write "he can't throw into a base cover 2 to save his life unless the linebackers come up to play the run so they were fucked without a power back." There is also some logic in his argument if what he's saying is that Troy is generally more likely to win than Alex, but only if there's a running game for him to work off.

so 2 fantastic coaches are going to be on the market this year, probably, John Fox and Jeff Fischer. Both of whom I would have had coach my team in a heart beat until this year when their teams quit on them. I still want Fischer, but Fox seems to need some time to recover.

You're getting Jim Harbaugh. He's used to catering to a gay fan base at Stanford, so the 49ers are a logical next step.
