As many of you know, I wasn't a fan of the whole get-rid-of-Jason-Campbell-for-Donovan-McNabb situation. As a Redskin, Campbell's numbers improved every year despite having to learn a new offense basically every year, played behind THE WORST O-line in football, and played (at that time) in the toughest division in football.
As fate would have it, both Campbell and McNabb played in 13 games this season and guess what? The numbers show that Campbell had a better year than McNabb, and prove why I hate the fact that they got rid of a YOUNG and COMPETENT QB for an OLD, OVERRATED, and INCOMPETENT one.
Here are their numbers for the '10 season.
McNabb: 13 games played (5W, 8L). 3,377 yards (58% comp/7.16 YPA), 14 TD/15INT, 77.1 QB Rating
Campbell: 13 games played (8W, 5L). 2,387 yards (59% comp/7.26 YPA), 13 TD/8INT, 84.5 QB Rating
