Tekken Tag Tournament 2 received a very high mark from Famitsu magazine in Japan, netting a 39/40 overall score in their review. According to SDTekken, it's the highest a traditional fighting game has been scored in over a decade, which is very high praise.

The strategy guide for this looks really good, and it's written by a bunch of players I've heard of. $16 on Amazon right now.
Man, this game is quite a looker. The small touches like realtime motion blur and dirt stains appearing on characters clothing after knockdowns really elevate this above most other current-gen titles.
Of course, the downside is resolution. Pity Namco hasn't embraced PC this gen the same way other J-devs like Sega and Capcom have. This shit would have looked glorious there.
It's also in 3D on both consoles if you have a TV that supports it.
