Mistakes were made, but it was far from a pitiful performance. The shameful performance came from the refs. Two bullshit calls that both cost us goals. The only goal that was at fault was goal 2 where the defense just let the guy waltz right in. Other than that, the Preds played great.

Dead crowd? Not sure what gave you that idea, but listening on the radio all you could hear was the roar of the crowd. Not to mention getting twitter updates about how loud they were. As for the yellow, it stands out much more than navy blue. Shows how many Preds fans were there.

Capitals GM on his blog today:

I guess winning the Winter Classic is good enough for him.

I don't think BB is the problem. The players have his back. They just need to mature as a team. The Caps are young, talented group playing with a TON of expectations. They just need to relax. It's not like they have a limited time window to win a Cup.

Flyers need a fucking goalie, been saying that since fucking 1981. Excluding the Hextall years ... scratch that INCLUDING the Hextall years they haven't had a goalie. Its like a blindspot in management. "Goalie? What the fuck is that? I thought the Post was the goalie."

To be fair, the Flyers coach really needs to pick the less of three evils and stick with one fucking goalie instead of this merry-go-round system that he's using.

Just think if Philly didn't have the 3 goalies and on a whim, picked up Roloson. I think shit would be waaaaay different in the East.

Nope. It makes sense, especially from a marketing stand point.

I don't have a good feeling about the Preds this series. Anything is possible, but if they are going to lose, I hope it is game 5 tomorrow night, because I just don't have the stomach to see them lose the series in person at game 6. I'd rather get my monies back and go out drinking. But hey, if they can win the next 3, I am all for it.
