It was pretty average. Regular RPG fare. I got around 2/3rds of the way through and got bored with it. I guess if you really like the Megaman universe and oldschool JRPG's check it out.

はい!できました!
6000 picarats. 21 hours and change. Everything done. I used a walkthrough for most of the parrot puzzles which, as far as I can tell, were almost completely trial and error. Screw that. Also cheated for the last slide puzzle. So many slide puzzles! I actually started to enjoy 'em this time around (Stockholm Syndrome maybe), but I'd reached my limit by that final cruel crucible. I do feel dirty, though. Especially when the game congratulates me on my hard work. :( I kinda wish I'd just left it unfinished now. Damn you, slide puzzles!
Overall, better than Diabolical Box, but not as good as Curious Village. Needs way more Flora. But that's all of life.
Fuck those slide puzzles, I approve of your methods for this.
Thank you. I needed reassurance. :red:
It's just like... I started the last one, and after about five minutes of my usual slide-puzzle glassy-eyed trance, I forced myself to stop. I could probably do it? In an hour? Two hours? But did I really want to spend my time like that? The sane answer is obviously "no." It's such a stupid thing to be conflicted about.
Video games.
I cheated on the last Princess puzzle in Curious Village, you are not alone.
Slide Puzzles are the worst fucking thing ever.
24. Saints Row: The Third.
Holy shit this game, you guys. Don't let anybody spoil anything for you, this game does all manner of ridiculous shit. The "awesome button" is a welcome addition to the genre. Don't want to watch a janky animation to get into a car? Use the awesome button with the carjack button and you drop kick yourself into the front seat. Fell off a building? No prob, just use the parachute. It's shit like that, along with the complete off the wall humor and HULK FUCKING HOGAN as a support character that really seals it for me.
A+++++ would recommend to a friend.
And the dialogue was written by a member of Rampant Fronting.

I too have recently finished Saints Row 3!
Really good game. They cut out anything that couldn't be considered fun. It it was going to slow you down, it's gone. You start the game as the King of the City and basically fight to stay that way. A ton of good gameplay ideas (the aformentioned awesome button, the GPS, weapon selection, customization and upgrades) with one fun mission after the next. There's some funny stuff in there too, the game knows exactly what it is and is pretty shameless about it. Great soundtrack but the spoof radio stations are no where near Rockstar quality. Would recommend.
