Sorry, I don't kiss and tell
Really, I was making a joke about Yoshi's daughter that wasn't timely enough :(
You had me scared for a moment there.
Gotta time them shits right!
#23 - Splosion Man (XBLA) 200/200
I had a tough time getting into this game after I bought it for like $2... not sure why. Now I really like it! Got through the multiplayer with John and it was pretty damn good, too. Maybe now I'll give Ms. Splosion Man a try (when it's on sale). All hail the splode king. Me.

Normal mode beaten, mostly without using undos or those jump drinks. I hate how Atlus handled the new difficulty settings (is there any good reason to get rid of the original settings entirely?), but the end result is still a pretty awesome game. Tons of variety in here, both in the base mechanics (new blocks are introduced all the time) and the stage design (you'll see pretty distinctly new formations all the time). The frosting between the block levels is pretty interesting and very well-presented. I really didn't expect this to be as good as it is! I'll have to get some gold medals to unlock some of the Babel stages, I'll have to try 2p mode with the girlfriend (she's the one who bought the game), and I'll have to maybe pick away at Rapunzel and Hard modes (each difficulty has altered level layouts).
#2 Alpha Protocol - Now this was a fun diversion. Pretty fun action/rpg hybrid in vein of Mass Effect. Got through as stealthy commando, with cqc/assault rifle skills. Too bad this flopped, as I wouldn't mind a sequel.

Went through it the two times to get the magic and see the ending. What an amazing port this is! The backgrounds aren't as good as the arcade, but the gameplay and levels are spot-on, and the music is great. I would LOVE to know what team at SOJ was behind these reprogrammed Sega ports, because they are all amazing.
